Examination of the impact of the proposed development on nearby heritage assets and how they can be experienced. The only perceptible change to the setting of the Conservation Area will be the change in the type of recent buildings that can be seen. The proposals which are relatively small and distant have therefore a neutral impact on this experience. The proposals do not impact on the significance of the listed buildings or the conservation area. The proposals do not interfere with the ability to understand a castle and it's hinterland.
