The implementation of eHealth platforms for telemedicine services in rural Moroccan villages has been an area of increasing interest due to its potential to bridge healthcare disparities. The study employed a mixed-methods approach involving surveys, interviews with stakeholders, and data analysis from telemedicine service records. Quantitative measures were used to assess service usage patterns and qualitative methods to explore user experiences and challenges. A notable finding was that eHealth platforms in Morocco saw an average of 30% increase in consultation requests per month compared to pre-platform levels, indicating their positive impact on patient access despite initial skepticism. While telemedicine services have shown promise, ongoing support and technological improvements are required to sustain and expand these benefits across rural Moroccan communities. Investment should be directed towards improving platform reliability and accessibility, while also enhancing user training programmes to maximise service efficacy. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
