The American Psychiatric Association's (APA's) recent complaint against EmblemHealth over inaccurate behavioral health provider listings has now been followed by state enforcement action. Several weeks after APA alleged the insurer was maintaining so‐called “ghost networks” that left patients unable to find care, the New York state attorney general's office on Feb. 19 released its own findings.
