Conclusions:This first comprehensive epidemiological study of STS in Uzbekistan demonstrates increasing incidence and persisting mortality, with significant regional variation.Identifying high-risk provinces allows targeted interventions, such as focused awareness and screening programs in those areas. The rising incidence underscores the need to strengthen oncology capacity and early detection efforts nationally. These findings provide an epidemiologic baseline for Uzbekistan and guide health authorities in resource allocation and strategic planning to improve STS outcomes. Clinical trial identification:This study is based on a retrospective population-level analysis using the National Oncology Registry of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2015Uzbekistan ( -2022)).No interventional clinical trial was conducted; therefore, no NIH or equivalent protocol number applies.Institutional approval and ethical clearance were obtained from the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical
