Building upon the mathematical foundation laid in A Quantum-Corrected Navier–StokesFramework via Madelung Hydrodynamics, this research provides a comprehensivephysical and cosmological interpretation of the model. We argue for a paradigmshift from the probabilistic Copenhagen interpretation toward a strictly deterministic, hydrodynamic universe. By redefining the vacuum not as empty space, butas a quantum superfluid, we demonstrate that Dark Energy is the dynamic pressure of this medium. This framework provides a natural resolution to the Hubbletension and challenges the inevitability of cosmic heat death. We introduce the"Big Crunch" cycle, governed by the Fisher information barrier, which preventsgravitational collapse into a singularity and ensures the eternal recurrence of thecosmos
