Community health centers in Rwanda face challenges in maintaining system reliability due to resource limitations and varying service delivery. A mixed-methods approach combining quantitative data from surveys and qualitative insights from interviews was used to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement. Community health centers in rural areas showed lower reliability scores compared to urban centers (p <. 05), indicating the need for targeted interventions to enhance service delivery. The quasi-experimental design provided robust insights into the reliability of community health centre systems, highlighting the importance of supportive infrastructure and resources. Investment in technology and training programmes is recommended to improve system performance and ensure consistent service delivery across all regions.
