Abstract Skin disorders present substantial challenges in clinical management, primarily due to the intricate pathophysiology of skin barriers and the limitations inherent in conventional therapeutic approaches. Recently, biomimetic systems, specifically cell membrane‐coated nanoparticles (CM‐NPs), have gained widespread recognition as a nanodrug delivery platform within the realm of personalized nanomedicine. These systems offer remarkable therapeutic efficacy by evading the immune system, traversing various biological barriers, and achieving precise targeting. In this review, we examine the advancements in the potential applications of CM‐NPs across a range of dermatological conditions, including cutaneous tumors, psoriasis, acne, skin infections, wound healing, and skin tissue regeneration.
