Maternal health care in rural Senegal is characterized by significant disparities in access and utilization of services. A mixed-methods approach combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews was employed to assess changes over time in maternal health care utilization. Findings suggest that after the intervention, there was a notable increase (p<0. 05) in the proportion of pregnant women seeking antenatal care from baseline levels (38% to 46%). The longitudinal intervention demonstrated promising results in enhancing maternal health care access and utilization. Further research is recommended to evaluate sustained effects over longer periods and explore potential scalability of the intervention model. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
