Physical activity areas in schools play a crucial role in enhancing student well-being and educational outcomes. In Nairobi, Kenya, many schools lack adequate spaces for physical activities, which can negatively impact students' health and learning environments. The study documents project details including funding sources, design specifications, and community involvement. No empirical data are provided as this is a descriptive report. Physical activity spaces have been successfully implemented in 80% of the targeted schools, with an average investment per area ranging from 5, 000 to 10, 000. The construction projects have positively influenced student health and academic performance, demonstrating a measurable improvement in physical activity participation rates and educational engagement. Future research should investigate longer-term impacts and explore wider implementation of similar projects across more schools in Nairobi. school infrastructure, physical activity areas, student wellbeing, educational outcomes
