Community health centres (CHCs) in Ghana play a crucial role in providing healthcare services to underserved populations. However, there is a need for systematic evaluation of these systems to identify areas for improvement and enhance their effectiveness. Panel data analysis was employed to estimate the impact of various factors on health outcomes, including socioeconomic status and access to healthcare. Robust standard errors were used to account for potential heterogeneity across different regions and time periods. The panel data revealed a significant reduction in infant mortality rates by 15% when integrated with existing health services infrastructure, indicating the positive impact of systematic intervention strategies. This study provides evidence that structured evaluation through panel data estimation can effectively inform policy decisions aimed at improving healthcare delivery to underserved communities.
