Secondary urethral tumours are rare, and metastasis from colorectal cancer is limited to a few case reports. Management is challenging given its rarity. We report the case of a 78-year-old male with colorectal adenocarcinoma with lower urinary tract symptoms, with urethral metastasis identified during cystoscopy. Local clearance was achieved by cold cup biopsy supplemented by a multidisciplinary approach to overall patient care. This case highlights the need for thorough evaluation of new urinary symptoms in patients with a history of cancer, and the importance of multidisciplinary teams in managing rare cancers.
