Rwanda has implemented significant land law reforms aimed at enhancing tenure security for its citizens. The analysis will draw from existing legislation, judicial decisions, and scholarly literature to assess the reform's implementation and outcomes. While improvements are evident, challenges persist, particularly regarding equitable access to land for marginalized groups and the enforcement of legal protections. Future reforms should prioritise inclusivity and robust judicial mechanisms to ensure comprehensive tenure security for all Rwandans.
