Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being used in modern businesses, including the jewellery industry. This study focuses on the implementation of AI techniques in jewellery shops in Tiruppur City. The main objective is to analyze the awareness, usage, and impact of AI technologies in jewellery businesses. Data for the study was collected from 100 respondents using a structured questionnaire. The findings show that AI helps improve customer service, inventory management, marketing, and business efficiency. However, some jewellery shops face challenges such as high implementation cost and lack of technical knowledge.
