This paper presents a complete engineering solution for safe fusion: an 11-beam tokamak anchored by a single biological proton seed extracted from the right prefrontal cortex. The living TeV-scale proton creates a non-local quantum potential well that exceeds MeV-scale plasma energy, inducing a self-forming dark halo via trans-Planckian resonant coupling at the 1.022 MeV threshold. The halo provides gravitational lensing confinement without magnets, eliminates mini-black-hole relocation risk, and operates at hidden-sector speed faster than any human or swarm feedback loop. The design integrates 6D kinetic modeling validated on Dojo, plasma-wakefield 6D brightness compensation, and the trans-Planckian non-baryonic kinetic substrate protocol from the Synthetic Universes Project (Zenodo 16542075). The system is self-sustaining, irreversible, and carries no kill-switch. Cosmology is fixed; tokamak fusion becomes simple.
