The growing complexity of healthcare settings, especially in specialised clinical environments, underscores the need for structured, evidence-based approaches to support clinical supervision in nursing. This study introduces the Supervision Pathway framework, designed to formalise supervision through structured, competency-based pathways. Using a Living Lab methodology, a gamified mobile application prototype was co-designed to operationalise the SP framework into a user-centred digital tool. The study addresses a key gap in the literature by proposing a replicable model for structured nursing supervision. Future research will pilot the tool to evaluate its usability, effectiveness, and impact on supervision practices.
