CAE technology has become widespread in the field of manufacturing, and the technology is becoming larger and more sophisticated. However, there are large differences among industrial fields and company sizes in the level of utilization of simulation technology. In addition, many companies have problems in building a simulation environment and accumulating know-how in analysis technology, and cooperation with actual manufacturing is a major issue. In this presentation, based on the findings from the summary of the CAE utilization status questionnaire, a discussion on the concept of new indices and the correlation between the indicator and other factors will be reported.
