The Fermi-liquid to strange-metal crossover in kagome flat-band metals is a Kramers coherence barrier Eb = K · σ (c), where compact localized states from destructive interference define the opacity coordinate and σ (c) is K-independent. Predicts σ (c) universality across Ni₃In, CoSn, Fe₃Sn₂, CsV₃Sb₅, extending K-Factorization to condensed matter transport with zero framework rubric.
