The rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies is transforming modern workplaces by improving operational efficiency and supporting employee tasks. This study examines the impact of AI adoption on work ease, stress reduction, and employee happiness in organizations. A quantitative research approach was adopted using a structured questionnaire distributed to employees working in AI-enabled environments. Data were collected from 60 respondents using a five-point Likert scale, and the responses were analyzed using the percentage method. The findings indicate that employees have mixed perceptions regarding the benefits of AI adoption. While some respondents believe that AI tools help simplify tasks and support work processes, a considerable proportion of employees expressed neutral or negative opinions regarding improvements in work ease and stress reduction. Similarly, the influence of AI adoption on employee happiness was found to be moderate, with many respondents uncertain about its positive impact on job satisfaction. The results suggest that although AI technologies have the potential to improve workplace efficiency, their positive effects on employee well-being are not fully realized in all organizations. The study highlights the importance of effective implementation, employee training, and supportive organizational policies to ensure that AI adoption contributes positively to both employee well-being and workplace performance. These findings provide useful insights for organizations seeking to balance technological advancement with employee satisfaction and sustainable work environments.
