This paper is a direct continuation and logical extension of the author's Photon Theory and Four-Dimensional Cosmic Growth Model. It proposes a reasonable conjecture that UFOs are more likely related to near-Earth or solar-system indigenous environments rather than interstellar civilizations, supported by observational facts and the author's growth model.
