SPARC AVITY Reconstruction v1.0

Abstract

Deterministic reconstruction of SPARC galaxy rotation curves using a fixed operator framework. This release includes: - reconstructₛparc. py (core reconstruction) - avityₚlotgenerator. py (plot generation) Reproduces Tier 1 galaxy fits with ~0. 004 dex RMS residuals.
