It is necessary to assess the pit construction impact on surrounding tunnels. The improved Hermite interpolation difference scheme is used to derive the solution formula. Then, the rationality and applicability of the Timoshenko deep beam model considering the shield tunnel shear effect are verified by analyzing and comparing with the measured data of three engineering projects. The engineering case calculation results show that the Timoshenko deep beam model can reasonably reflect actual tunnel deformation due to considering tunnel shear effect and can further calculate the misalignment between tunnel segments by solving shear force values between tunnel segments. The influence laws of equivalent bending and equivalent shear stiffness are discussed. When tunnel relative stiffness is greater than or less than 1000, tunnel equivalent bending stiffness has a greater influence on the longitudinal tunnel deformation. Maximum longitudinal tunnel deformation decreases with equivalent shear rigidity increase. Tunnel bending moment then increases with equivalent shear rigidity increases. Tunnel misalignment variation law with equivalent shear rigidity is opposite to the bending moment. Research results can more reasonably predict the surrounding tunnels’ impact.
