Tooth loss affects quality of life, requiring prosthetic restoration to restore function and aesthetics. Patient satisfaction varies by treatment type and sociodemographic factors, but data on prosthetic restoration patterns and satisfaction among partially dentate populations in Jordan remain limited. This study aimed to evaluate the pattern of and degree of satisfaction with prosthetic restoration among partially dentate patients in Jordan. A cross-sectional correlational study was conducted across Jordan from September 2022 to June 2023. The data were collected from adult patients at institutions, including government, private, and teaching clinics. The questionnaire covered sociodemographics, behavioral habits, and clinical assessments of missing and restored teeth. Descriptive statistics, ANOVA, chi-square tests, and regression models were used to analyze restoration status and satisfaction (p < 0.05). Of the 463 participants, the mean age was 42.4 years (SD = 13.8), with 45.8% being male. A total of 55.9% of the participants had at least one tooth restored, with fixed partial dentures (FPDs) being the predominant type of restoration (65.9%), followed by implants (17.6%) and removable partial dentures (RPDs) (16.5%). Older age (adjusted odds ratio aOR = 1.05; 95% confidence interval CI: 1.03–1.07; p < 0.001), female sex (aOR = 1.58; 95% CI: 1.05–2.38; p = 0.03), and higher education (aOR = 1.85; 95% CI: 1.24–2.8; p = 0.003) were associated with a greater likelihood of tooth restoration. Satisfaction was significantly greater in females than in males (B = 0.51; 95% CI: 0.06–0.96; p = 0.03) and among those treated with FPDs (B = 0.97; 95% CI: 0.34–1.60; p = 0.003) and implants (B = 0.91; 95% CI: 0.12–1.7; p = 0.02) than in those treated with RPDs. In this national clinic-based sample of partially dentate adults in Jordan, fixed partial dentures were the most frequently observed prosthetic restoration type, followed by implant-supported restorations and removable partial dentures. Satisfaction scores were higher for fixed partial dentures and implants than for removable partial dentures. In multivariable analyses, age, female sex, and higher education were associated with having at least one restored tooth, and female sex and restoration type were associated with satisfaction.
