This paper proposes the "YuanXian" theoretical framework, which attempts to provide a phenomenological unified approach connecting physical reality, consciousness phenomena, and cognitive processes through the integration of self-referential dynamics, mind-field theory, and metacognition. The framework regards the universe as a self-referential closed dynamical system, with the mind-field serving as the mediating carrier between existence and cognition, and metacognition as the core mechanism for self-reference and self-regulation. Building upon five previous Zenodo papers, this work systematically elaborates the six-dimensional spacetime structure, triadic isomorphism, and five-layer axiom system. It addresses the physical mediation role of the fine-structure constant α and the falsifiability of the observer dimension through quantifiable measures. The YuanXian framework remains in the stage of philosophical-phenomenological exploration and aims to offer a reference for interdisciplinary dialogue between physics, consciousness studies, and philosophy.
