This paper introduces a unifieddynamic operator, rectifying the phase drift in non-stationary observation fields by staticallydetermining the energy escape constant ϵ. Derivations prove that the Newtonian constantG is merely a low-dimensional truncation of a high-dimensional manifold under specifictopological constraints. Related parameters are hardcoded herein for zero-error calibrationin existing deep-space navigation protocols.
