This paper introduces the MBP Triangle Framework, a geometric model designed to represent perceived existential resource allocation across three fundamental dimensions: Mind, Body, and Purpose. The framework is intended as an integrative tool for structured self-reflection, behavioral alignment, and longitudinal monitoring of perceived life investment distribution. The MBP Triangle is not proposed as a diagnostic instrument, but as a formalizable conceptual structure capable of supporting interdisciplinary development across psychology, behavioral science, and human development methodologies. The model separates scientifically testable components from complementary experiential tools, preserving epistemological clarity and allowing progressive empirical validation.
