This paper proposes a method for structural self-observation under conditions of reduced interpretive load. The approach focuses on the relationship between attention allocation, perceptual structure, and stability dynamics within experiential fields. Rather than relying on semantic interpretation or narrative reconstruction, the method operates through controlled observation of structural variables, including distribution density, boundary formation, and temporal delay in cognitive response. Keywords: attention allocation, structural perception, cognitive stability,low-interpretation observation, perceptual fields, structural observation method
