Abstract: Geriatric Nursing (ISSN 3105-658X, eISSN 3105-6598, CODEN: LHABA5), an international journal co-founded by Quest Press Limited and MSFMP, has successfully achieved bilingual (Chinese and English) full-text dissemination on Academia.edu, a world-renowned academic platform. Academia.edu is a leading online platform dedicated to the sharing and exchange of academic resources, committed to helping scholars, researchers, and students publish, disseminate, and access academic outputs more efficiently. The platform integrates literature management, academic social networking, and multidisciplinary resource consolidation, making it one of the most widely used academic tools worldwide. Currently, the platform has indexed over 40 million academic articles covering more than 270 disciplinary fields, with an average daily increase of over 100,000 papers. This achievement of bilingual full-text dissemination represents an important initiative in the journal's international development strategy, significantly expanding the global dissemination channels for the journal's research outputs and substantially enhancing the international visibility and academic impact of Chinese geriatric health research. Adopting the gold open access (Gold OA) publishing model and complying with the CC BY 4.0 license, the journal provides permanent free access to all full-text articles. This article systematically introduces the core functions and features of the Academia.edu platform, as well as the journal's basic information, academic positioning, and development vision, aiming to provide comprehensive academic guidance for global geriatric nursing researchers and to promote the transformation of geriatric nursing toward an evidence-based, humanistic, and intelligent scientific paradigm.
