This paper examines the difference between attachment and love, proposing that what is commonly understood as love is often a form of psychological attachment shaped by thought and identity. Through direct observation of awareness and the movement of thought, it shows that true love is not dependent on possession or continuity. In the dissolution of the self-centered structure, a state of freedom and undivided being emerges—referred to as love, awareness, or liberation—beyond conceptual understanding and linguistic definition.
