This short communication presents an analytical derivation of the neutron lifetime anomaly (~10s discrepancy) within the framework of continuum mechanics. By applying Zhurkov's kinetic concept of strength to the topology of a 4D phase space, the decay rate is shown to be a direct function of the fine-structure constant (alpha) and a dimensional projection coefficient (3/2). The result provides a purely mechanical explanation for the difference between beam and bottle method measurements, directly linking the topological fatigue of the neutron to the dimensional geometry of the universe. This short communication is based on the comprehensive theoretical framework 'The Universe as a Hydro-Elastic 4D Mechanism' (Archived at Zenodo: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19616545).
