We present the complete genome sequence of Pseudomonas spelaei strain PML3(3), isolated from the oak-Scleroderma citrinum ectomycorrhizosphere in acidic forest soil at the ecosystem research site of Breuil-Chenue, France. This genome encodes functions related to adaptation to nutrient-poor conditions, competition with other microorganisms, and plant growth promotion.
