Based on the dynamic re-optimization of the Pythagorean Unified System, this paper adopts the self-growing spiral truncated cone structure, endogenous driving force β₁, primitive coupling 0 and global conservation law to uniformly interpret the eight fundamental physical problems and the four famous thought-experiment demons in physics. The optimized system no longer relies on analogy and intuitive description, but takes endogenous evolution, hierarchical expansion, coupling breaking, and closed-loop return as primitive mechanisms. It provides consistent explanations for wave-particle duality, quantum superposition and entanglement, measurement collapse, essence of gravity, origin of inertia, cosmic evolution, singularity structure, and unification of quantum theory and gravity. It also logically resolves Schrödinger’s cat, Maxwell’s demon, Laplace’s demon and Zeno’s paradoxes. It is further demonstrated that the dynamically optimized Pythagorean system has stronger explanatory power, rigor and global unification ability, providing a feasible physical interpretation path for constructing a complete primitive unified theory.
