With the rapid development of technology and the gradual development of devices towards miniaturisation and high efficiency, heat dissipation has gradually become a hot issue. In the present work, AlN-CNTs/SR composites with high thermal conductivity and high dielectric properties are prepared by relying on the good thermal conductive filler AlN, which is modified by CNTs with excellent thermal and electrical conductivity properties. The use of carboxylated CNTs effectively improves the dispersion of filler particles in the polymer matrix and further enhances the thermal and dielectric properties. The final experimental results show that the 15 phr AlN-CNTs/SR composites have the best overall performance, the thermal conductivity is shown in the data to be 0.2737 W/(m·W), which is improved by about 22.19% with respect to the pure SR, and the dielectric properties are mainly shown in the improvement of the dielectric constant, which is shown in the data results to be about 5.02 obtained at the frequency of 10 3 Hz, which is improved by about 37.9% with respect to pure SR is improved by about 37.9%. This work is simple and efficient, which provides a convenient solution for practical applications and a solution to the problem of heat dissipation in miniaturised devices.
