This case report describes two instances of conjunctival granulomas occurring as surgical complications following pterygium excision. The first case involves a 25-year-old male patient, who developed recurrent pterygium with an associated conjunctival granuloma at the excision site after surgical removal. The second case involves a 28-year-old female patient, who underwent pterygium excision with conjunctival autograft and subsequently developed a conjunctival granuloma at the donor site after one month. The presentation, management, and outcomes of these cases are discussed.
