The neutral researcher notes, when analyzing the technique (mechanism) of enacting legislation in the Quranic text, that it is unique and unparalleled in terms of Contemporary positive laws from several aspects, this research sheds light on the most important of them, as the technique of legislation and its characteristics appear in the Qur’anic context, the plot of this technique on the one hand, and the ability of the Islamic legislative system to organize the practical aspects and keep pace with them in terms of application, which only the finest contemporary systems have reached.
