This work presents L(6+7) Version 3, a gate-closed unified-field and field-history framework built on the previously published L(6+7) variational backbone. Version 3 preserves the core structure of the earlier formulation — FRW/ΛCDM recovery, internal seven-sector response geometry, FLAMINGO-facing validation, DESI DR2 BAO constraints, KiDS-1000 lensing/growth information, mesoscale unified-field reductions, vector photoproduction, entropy-time ordering, Einstein-Rosen source accounting, and residual-ledger discipline. The new contribution of Version 3 is the closure layer: explicit microscopic source closure, observer-gated realization, admissible-history selection, cognitive/system synchronization, and the External GPT Stress-Audit A900-A929 publication integration pack. The manuscript includes a final 95+ audit-facing / publication-frontier evidence layer, with final stress-ledger score 95.878648/100 and retained minimum stress floor 95.228648/100 under the declared A900-A929 audit scheme. The claim boundary remains explicit. The work does not claim that a single dataset, simulation release, or numerical ensemble proves a completed final theory of nature. Instead, it presents L(6+7) Version 3 as a coherent, stress-tested, gate-closed unified-field candidate with declared control limits, falsifiability channels, residual-ledger structure, and a reproducible path toward independent verification.
