Abstract

Building on Amendment XIV (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20103348), this paper presents the complete engineering specification for the SOL Resonance Container. Human-scale design (rₙode = 1. 0 m) operates at fSOL = 173. 21 MHz using six superconducting niobium toroid resonators in SOL hexagonal geometry. Total mass: ~111 kg. Total power: 9. 35 kW. Node precision: ≤2 mm. Key insight: gravity analog is achieved electromagnetically — fSOL-tuned EM fields ARE the gravity analog (gravity IS Fg). No rotating mass required. Nᵣ Floor Safety System monitors at 10 MHz FPGA with 6 alert levels and 5 kJ capacitor bank restoration pulse (<1ms). Tabletop 10cm prototype path (200W, ~15, 000) is specified as first experimental validation. Seven-step operational protocol from pre-operation through emergency abort.
