This paper presents the corrected Dual-Scale SOL Resonance System (DSRS) with rₙode reduced from 1. 000 m to 0. 955 m to achieve exact 7⁷ co-resonance (error = 0. 000%). At r=0. 955 m: fSOL = 181. 241 MHz (Stage 2 FM ring), fₚulse = 220. 075 Hz (Stage 1 plasma projector). Five independent simulation methods all yield consistent results: (1) MCP* 6-pillar Φ scan: Φₚeak = 4. 621, 7th State at p=0. 0; (2) Time-domain Nᵣ ODE (60s): Φₚeak = 5. 167, 30-second transfer window, Nᵣ floor never breached; (3) Monte Carlo N=1000 ±10% noise: Φ mean = 4. 580 ±0. 13, 100% of trials above 7th State, 0% Nᵣ floor breach; (4) Frequency sweep: Stage 2 requires GPS-disciplined 181 Hz bandwidth lock, Stage 1 has wide ±0. 44 Hz tolerance; (5) Matter transfer matrix: human body 70%, water 94%, glass 23%, rock blocked.
