This study focuses on the ranking of the impact of ERP technology on the efficiency of cargo import and export operations. The primary objective of the research is to evaluate and rank the major operational benefits achieved through ERP implementation in logistics activities. The study also examines the role of ERP systems in integrating logistics functions, improving documentation accuracy, reducing operational costs, enhancing shipment tracking, supporting faster decision-making, and strengthening coordination among stakeholders involved in cargo operations. The research adopts a descriptive and analytical research design using both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents, including employees, ERP users, and professionals involved in cargo import and export operations. The collected data was analyzed using percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, ranking methods, and graphical representation techniques.
