This document is a methodological companion to the seven-paper Gravitational Memory series (I–VII). It is not a theoretical paper but a validation protocol designed to make the programme maximally transparent and falsifiable. It defines four epistemological levels for the programme's claims (established, well-motivated, interpretive, speculative), states explicit falsification criteria (what results would destroy, damage, or not affect each claim), freezes the validation protocol for external replication on BIG-SPARC, MaNGA, or equivalent catalogues, presents the current model comparison via AIC/BIC, documents the hierarchical decomposition of the coherence state ψ, and formulates regime predictions for wide binaries and ultra-diffuse galaxies. Five quantitative success criteria are specified for pre-registered external validation. This document was written and uploaded before any external data were accessed.
