The impact of legislative inflation on the legal work of the legislative authorities and the civil judiciary

The issue of legislative inflation has recently gained great importance among legal scholars, due to the clear impact of this phenomenon on the nature of the application of legislation to endless disputes, which has been reflected in the nature of what is issued by the judiciary as the body that applies these legislations, knowing that focusing on studying this phenomenon leads to identifying the causes that lead to its occurrence, and identifying the negative effects that occur because of it, and then providing the correct treatment in order to eliminate it. The need for legislation is an urgent necessity, because it resolves disputes between people and restores rights in consideration of justice, and without these legislations, life cannot go on, because their existence leads to knowing the rights and duties of every person - what he has and what he owes - on the one hand, and makes it easier for the judge to issue the appropriate decision. The research problem is based on studying the idea of legislative inflation and explaining the effects that occur as a result of its occurrence, and a number of research questions branch out from this hypothesis. In our research, we will use an analytical and descriptive approach, as we will analyze each paragraph that we encounter in our research and give it the appropriate legal description.
