Ultimate Revised Particle Parameter Table base on Orthogonal Chimeric Double-Ellipse Medium Circulation Model. Based on the hypothesis of medium circulation, this paper constructs an orthogonal chimeric double-ellipse topological model for elementary particles. Taking the geometric proportional constant \ (k=1/11. 706\) derived from the fine-structure constant as the core axiom, the model unifies the topological configuration of leptons, quarks, gauge bosons and Higgs boson under a consistent three-order elliptic equal-ratio constraint. By introducing topological winding number and medium compactness coefficient, the model effectively avoids the mathematical singularity problem of neutrino mass hierarchy; by defining infinitesimal eccentricity of photon ellipse, it strictly abides by the universal geometric axiom without breaking theoretical self-consistency. Meanwhile, a dimensional mapping mechanism based on Planck energy scale is established, which rationally realizes the conversion from dimensionless topological geometric factors to dimensional physical quantities such as mass and energy.
