After this article 1 was published, the PLOS One Editors identified concerns about the article's peer review and with Figs 1-6 and S1-S5.Specifically: There appear to be vertical discontinuities between lanes 2 and 3 in the PI3KCAand Tubulin panels of Fig 6B. There appear to be vertical discontinuities between lanes 2 and 3 in the left AKT1 and left Actin panels of Fig S1A.
