This article develops an organizational and information model for cybersecure environmental certification of a hotel and restaurant enterprise. The relevance of the study is determined by the simultaneous intensification of requirements for corporate environmental responsibility, the digitalization of certification procedures, and the growing risks of violations of data integrity, reliability, and availability. The aim of the article is to substantiate a model that integrates environmental criteria, digital evidence of compliance, cybersecurity protection of information assets, managerial control, and communication transparency. The methodological framework combines systems analysis, comparison of international and national approaches to environmental certification and information security, a risk-oriented approach, structural modelling, and model-based testing using a hypothetical hotel and restaurant enterprise. An Integrated Readiness Index for Cybersecure Environmental Certification (IRICEC) is proposed; its weights are selected heuristically by the author with due regard to the functional role of each block in the certification procedure. The model-based calculation demonstrates the applicability of the approach to identifying weak points, prioritizing corrective measures, and forming a digital certification dossier. The scientific novelty lies in integrating environmental certification and cybersecurity protection of its digital evidence base within a single managerial model. The practical value of the results is associated with the use of the model by hospitality enterprises for preliminary self-assessment, internal audit, and preparation for external certification. Keywords: environmental certification, cybersecurity, hotel and restaurant enterprise, digital certification dossier, information assets, Integrated Readiness Index, post-war recovery.
