ABSTRACT Building upon previous research, this study continues the exploration of corn‐based agro‐materials for injection molding applications in biodegradable toy manufacturing. The 2025 extension introduces experimental validation, numerical simulation, and optimization of injection parameters. The research focuses on the mechanical behavior, flow characteristics, and degradation profile of thermoplastic starch (TPS) granules derived from corn. Using Moldflow simulation and laboratory‐scale injection trials, the study identifies key processing conditions ensuring optimal mechanical strength and biodegradability, advancing sustainable polymer engineering for the toy industry.
