The concept of "gamification" is considered as an unconventional method of motivation, through an appeal to generational theories, as a tool and process. The gamified system model includes target, subjective, meaningful, and effective components. The content component is based on aesthetics, dynamics, mechanics, and game elements. Employees' game motivation profiles are determined by their needs, game psychological and behavioral types. Defining profiles is not possible without diagnostics. The methods of V. V. Artamonova, W. Martson, and R. Bartl's test can be useful for diagnosing workflow gamification. The formation of a motivation system presupposes compliance with the conditions. One of the conditions is to recognize the achievements and results of employees. A relevant way of expressing gratitude is a gamified merit recognition program project.
