Bekenstein limit is proposed within the DQ-12 framework. The central idea is that holographic scaling with area can be interpreted as a constraint on the encoding and information transfer capacity of an effective interface between a higher-dimensional subspace and observable 3+1 reality. In this formulation, the Bekenstein limit expresses the maximum spatial representation capacity of this interface, while the speed of light c can be interpreted as the causal update limit of the projected sector. A subsection on black holes as information saturation configurations is also included.
