In this article, we present a survey of using artificial intelligence tools and measure their impact on the performance of the judicial system. We study its methods, its challenges, and its potential impacts, as well as its famous applications. Our contribution is reviewing the literature on discovery different existing Maching Learning methods that help to obtain pertinent results for the prediction of judgments, and we will then proceed to present a comparative study of some techniques used in the interest of implementing an intelligent system of decision-making for the Moroccan Courts.
