As the construction industry strives for higher efficiency and quality, traditional construction process management methods face challenges in coping with complex and dynamic scenarios. This paper aims to address the challenges of improving the accuracy and efficiency of construction process simulation and solution optimization by proposing a method that integrates a Multi-Agent System (MAS) and discrete events. First, a MAS is used to model various entities involved in the construction process, such as construction personnel, equipment, and materials, and empower them with autonomous decision-making and interactive capabilities. Second, discrete event simulation technology is introduced to handle time-dependent changes and events during the construction process. Through a series of steps, including model construction, parameter calibration, and simulation execution, a more realistic construction process simulation model is constructed. Experimental results show that the discrete time step sensitivity coefficient is only 0.21: when the discrete time step is adjusted from 1 hour to 2 hours, the change in construction period deviation is only 1.8%, effectively improving construction efficiency and reducing costs.
