When I conceived the framework of Education 6.0 in primary and secondary at the end of 2023, the central question was not technological: it was ethical. If every 10-year-old can have a personalized agentic tutor 24 hours a day, what happens to the role of the teacher, to equity between schools, and to the formation of critical thinking when the answer to any question is one second away? In this article I unpack how the Latin American classroom is being redesigned, what experiments I have seen working in public and private schools, what mistakes keep repeating, and how to build an adoption roadmap that does not leave behind schools with fewer resources. I speak from work with SEP in Mexico and CONOCER, and from collaborations with schools in Argentina, Colombia, and Uruguay.
