This preprint analyzes quantum‑era risks to organizational identity and proposes a governance and systems‑architecture model for quantum‑resilient business identity ecosystems. It examines how post‑quantum cryptography, business wallets, verifiable credentials, and qualified verification infrastructure interact across B2B, B2G, G2G, M2M, and agent‑to‑agent environments. The paper introduces the PQC Corridor as a bounded migration domain for aligning assurance, cryptographic agility, trust boundaries, evidence horizons, and operational controls. It integrates legal, regulatory, and technical considerations to support secure, interoperable, and future‑proof organizational identity during the quantum transition.
